Day 37- NEW HABIT: Fitbit

NEW HABIT: Wear my Fitbit everyday 

I love my Fitbit. I love statistics. I love competition. I love improvement and measuring. When I’m depressed or procrastinating, I can easily stop wearing my Fitbit. Sometimes I’m too lazy to even charge it. Even when I do wear it, sometimes I don’t care or even try to achieve anything. Other times, I’m competing hard, doing anything I can to get more steps than the next person, finding every opportunity I can to walk or run.

This post is my commitment to wearing my Fitbit everyday, and always aspiring to improve on the week before, until I reach my desired goals. Every week, I will report my progress and create a habit that will help me reach my end goals listed below. Another habit I need to create is to remember to charge the Fitbit every Sunday. It will usually last a week.
